Voyage Privé uses XWiki in order to provide information to the employees from its call-centers. The goal is to have access as fast as possible to the customer care procedures. When a call is received by the customer service, each agent is able to quickly find the procedure or the response corresponding to the problem.

The XWiki solution has accompanied Voyage Privé in its expansion to new countries. The French entity, as well as the English and Spanish one has a knowledge base dedicated to its business. All this was possible thanks to the functionality of creating new spaces with only one click.
