CNFPT manages the training of all officers from the territorial public service. As part of its policy of online resources, CNFPT launched WikiTerritorial, a website dedicated to online knowledge and news about territorial subjects. 

WikiTerritorial includes: 

• An encyclopedic space gathering several hundreds of articles
• A space dedicated to the publication of news
• A territorial calendar listing all the events related to the CNFPT

The second phase, currently in progress, aimes at establishing a system of territorial social networks based on the existing XWiki Enterprise.
